I am William Simmons of All-Star Home Inspections. I am an AHIT* Certified and NC Licensed Home Inspector. I was raised in the Pacific Northwest and I enjoyed hiking in the Olympic Mountains and supporting the Seattle music scene. After serving a 2-year church mission in the Fiji Islands I returned home to start a family and begin a career as a fighter aircraft mechanic in the U.S. Air Force. After 24 years of service in the Air Force I retired and chose to settle in the Goldsboro, North Carolina area. My wife, Sarah and I have three talented daughters. I enjoy being my own boss and providing my clients with the most comprehensive and trusted foundation-to-roof home inspections available.
My goal is to work closely with my clients throughout the inspection process. From scheduling the inspection to meet their needs to delivering the finished inspection report within 24 hours, to reviewing the report with the clients to ensure they understand the findings and any implications. I aim to deliver the best information to my clients about the condition of a home to enable them to make an informed decision on one of the biggest investments they will make.

Standards and Qualifications
I've been trained by some of the best inspectors in the country, and carry the AHIT certification. AHIT is the largest home inspection training institute in North America, and is approved by ASHI, NACHI, and other professional organizations. I'm ready to put that experience and knowledge to work for you.
I'm also a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and adhere to their Standards of Practice and strict Code of Ethics.
